Founder and owner ROGER NEWMAN has been in the heating and cooling business for over 40 years and owner for over 33 years. He enjoys playing with his grandkids and working on race cars and old tractors.

When it's time to replace your system or have a new system installed, JOHN will be there to make sure everything goes according to plan. Proper layout, fabrication, and setup are important to maximizing your new system and John is there to oversee the process.

Installing water heaters, HVAC equipment, gas lines, duct fabrication, duct cleaning, electrical, and plumbing requires an installation technician to be a jack-of-all-trades.

Chances are if you have called our office you have talked with JOY or STACY. They do a great job of managing central command. They wear a lot of hats, keeping up with Customer Service, financing, HR, accounts payable, insurance, and much more. They are vital in keeping the flow of business going from day to day.

Matching and designing the proper equipment for any job is vital in keeping you comfortable. BOB, BRIAN and BRAD are always ready to find the right system for your home or business. Both started their careers installing and servicing HVAC equipment and have extensive knowledge in all types of comfort systems.

GREG NEWMAN oversees day to day operations. Full time in the business since 2001, Greg is a NATE Certified Technician, holds a state mechanical license, and meets TVA standards for an EnergyRight® contractor. Greg is on the Board of Directors for the Maryville-Alcoa Home Builders Association and Maryville Little League. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family and helping his three boys in all of their activities.

We have full-time service technicians ready to tackle any comfort problem you have. These guys can work on anything from wall heaters to pool heaters and everything in between. We are always seeking qualified technicians to join our team.

Managing our service department is DEAN. His job is to coordinate with our office, technicians, manufacturers, and customers to get problems resolved quickly.
